I think the brewery tour is a clever concept to focus and support a small company and differentiates from just reviving a mixed case.

Fresh beer, packaged cold, from a brewery I can't otherwise find in a local shop.. If a local shop did happen to stock beers from such a brewery I doubt they'd have the full range available and be sold as a package. Thanks and I hope it works out to be a solid business model for you.
