Shipping Charges & fees

Our beer is all shipped fresh and direct from NZ's best craft breweries. Where possible we look to absorb the courier costs as much as possible in our pricing.

Shipping price update: Due to increases in the cost of beer, packing and shipping, we have had to update our shipping costs. As of Tuesday 8th of February our prices are:

  • Nationwide delivery (non-rural). $2.95 per box. This is applied to one-offs, and Gift Subscriptions across NZ
  • All rural deliveries. $4.95 per box


Delivery cost for new subscribers of the NZ Brewery Tour:

  • North Island & South idea non-rural delivery. $2.95 per box
  • All rural deliveries. $4.95 per box

    Delivery locations

    Every delivery we make comes directly to you from from the brewery where it was brewed. 

    Breweries typically dispatch orders around the third Monday of every month. As the location we deliver from changes, the amount of time to takes to get delivered can differ, but we provide tracking for all deliveries.

    We deal with the biggest and best courier providers to ensure you get your beers delivered super fresh and in good condition. In most cases your beer should arrive within 2-3 working days from the day it was dispatched.

    We have been experiencing delays throughout lockdown and busy shopping periods in certain regions. We apologies if you experience any delays: our team and the couriers are trying as hard as we can.

    We will communicate with all subscription customers the expected date of delivery in advance of dispatch. 

    Tracking Your Beers

    To track your beers, check the tracking number issued to you via email (which is sent when your order has been dispatched from the brewery). Click on the tracking number which will take you through to the ‘track your parcel’ section with the relevant couriers. Click track and you will be able to check the delivery status of your beers.

    Returns & Refunds

    We know that you are going to love our super fresh beers……if you aren’t completely stoked with your super tasty beers let us know and we’ll make things good:

    Simply return your beers to us (21 Telford Ave, Balmoral, Auckland 1041) within 14 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging and we will refund you the value less the delivery costs. Please note that the postage and cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer or purchaser. All returns must be sent back via trackable courier only.

    Delivery Hours

    Our Liquor License allows us to sell beers around the clock, however we are restricted on the times that your beers can be delivered and also by the hours that our couriers & breweries operate. These are as follows;

    • Monday to Friday: 6am – 7pm (no weekend deliveries)
    • No deliveries Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day or 2nd January.

    • All orders must be placed by 12 noon 16th December.

    We will be dispatching orders during the week however cannot guarantee delivery prior to Christmas.
