🧬 DNA Brewing

  • 🍺3x Fresh Hop Holmdale Farm Pale Ale 440ml (5.0%): An unfiltered Pale Ale base beer has been used as a blank canvas to showcase fresh, green, undried Nelson Sauvin cone hops. Think green, grassy and vibrant aromas.
  • 🍺1x One Hop Wonder Citra IPA 440ml (6.0%): Citra four ways - T90, DynaBoost, Cryo and HyperBoost. Dank grapefruit citrus, clean bitterness and a hop-forward unfiltered punch.
  • 🍺1x Handle the Jandal NZIPA 440ml (6.0%): Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka & Nectaron combine for passionfruit, white wine, lime and stonefruit goodness. NZ’s Choicest Craft Beer of 2025.
  • 🍺1x Berry Smash Hazy Pale Ale 440ml (5.5%): Juicy, hazy and lip-smackin’. A sweet little smash hit.

🌿Hop Federation

  • 🍺3x Fresh Hop Pilsner 440ml (5.6%): Packed with freshly picked Motueka and Taiheke hops from here in the Top of the South. Prepare your tastebuds for a delicious drop, zapping with zingy, zesty citrus aromas and flavours.
  • 🍺1x How's The View West Coast Pilsner 440ml (5.6%): Hopped like an IPA, but sitting on a light Pilsner malt base. Big bursts of citrus and tropical fruit thanks to Nectaron, Taiheke & Citra hops. 
  • 🍺1x Fields of Green Hazy IPA 440ml (5.8%): Grapefruit, lemon, lychee and mandarin aromatics. Juicy and vibrant.
  • 🍺1x Stout 440ml (5.5%): Coffee, dark chocolate, vanilla and a touch of cigar. Smooth and full-bodied.
