💨Hailing from Auckland's isthmus, husband-and-wife team Hamish Ward and Caroline Muller-Ward are behind Isthmus Brewing Company. Rising stars on the craft beer scene, they now have a string of beer awards behind them, a testament to their hard work and creative talent for producing exceptional brews.💨
With the motto "Flavour First", they focus on creating brews that the customer wants to drink repeatedly. Contained in your Isthmus Sour x Hazy IPA release are the following 12x 440ml;
- 😋3x Typhoon 2 Hazy IIPA (8.0%): Hunker down and prepare your taste buds for the full force of Typhoon's hop blast. This double IPA is double dry hopped, to maximise tropical fruit flavour and juiciness. You're about to be blown away!
- 😋3x Stratus Hazy IPA (6.5%): Like the layered wisps of a stratus cloud, this beer is multi-layered. With its hop kick, fruit juice burst and smooth texture, it will have you walking on air.
- 😋3x Raspberry and Chocolate Sour (4.5%): Tantalise your taste buds with this refreshingly complex kettle sour. We've blended the tanginess of NZ raspberries with the rich depth of Ecuadorian cocoa nibs to create a truly unique flavour experience.
- 😋3x Pineapple and Lime Sour (3.8%): We've paired a tart citrus burst of lime juice with the sweet, tangy flesh of pineapples to create a refreshing and fruity ale. Cheers to a truly distinctive and delicious brew!
