Rich malt paired with punchy tropical NZ hops. Southern Cross is a piney, citrussy NZ hop that is wonderful in this beer paired with hop blend \"The Bruce\" from Freestyle. Well this isn't one of them, it is just a dang good pale ale. Comfortable pairing of Nelson Sauvin and NZ Cascade\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003e🐋2x Shake it Off Hazy Pale Ale (5.0%): \u003c\/strong\u003eOur house hazy, honed to be perfectly quaffable and not too heavy on the pallet like some hazies can get. We use Mosaic, Sabro \u0026amp; Motueka along with a Norwegian yeast to make this a really citrus forward hazy\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003e🐋1x Beach Road NZ Pilsner (4.8%): \u003c\/strong\u003eOur most consistently medaled beer. Nelson Sauvin \u0026amp; Motueka pair nicely on this light malt base.
